September, a Sale to Remember

We were honored to announce we have been asked to conduct the sales of

the Estate of Nina Proler Brown,
devoted wife, mother, grandmother and joy personified, she was an instrumental force, alongside her husband Joe, behind The Alliance for Medical Research and Texans for Advancement of Medical Research (TAMR) that led the effort to protect and advance ­­important, ethical medical research for all forms of stem cell research in Texas. Nina & her husband’s passion for the cure of Parkinson’s disease led them to be the primary patrons of HAPS, Houston Area Parkinson Society, eventually earning her a distinguished award from George H. W. Bush recognizing not only her contributions but her optimistic disposition in spite of a life changed by Parkinson’s;

the Estate of George & Elsa Mazanec,
high school sweethearts & world travelers.
He, over the span of 50 years, grew his career from being the Vice Chairman of PanEnergy Corporation to the CFO of Duquesne Electric Co. and President of Northern Natural Gas Liquids.

She enjoyed tennis, golf, cooking, reading, sewing, and occasional fly-fishing & bird hunting expeditions with her husband and sons. Elsa was also a member of the Junior League Sustainer Transfer Club;
